Pump Tubing (By the Foot)

This is soft tubing that is used inside pumps and as waste lines for many machines. This tube is solvent resistant. This item comes as one long piece for the customer to cut to the needed size.

DX4 Solvent Manifold

This is the solvent resistant manifold for all DX4 Printheads. Includes the rubber bra seal that connects the manifold to the head.

Mimaki JV3 Printhead (DX4 SOLVENT) SKU M004905

The Mimaki DX4 solvent Printhead is used in all JV3 printers. It is solvent resistant and has the head rank sticker on the manifold. A tech manual with instructions for installation is available upon purchase. Call 303-733-6671 for more information and support.

100″ Generic Encoder Strip (Assembly Required) SKU Encoder100

This encoder stip is 100″ long and can be used in all Mutoh, Mimaki and Roland printers. You must uninstall your used encoder strip and lay it on top of the generic encoder strip. Using your old encoder strip as a template, cut the generic strip to the proper length and using a hole punch, or equivalent, punch holes in the proper locations.

This is the sponge that absorbs the ink from the wiper on a Mimaki JV3 printer. It is located under the housing that covers the wiper when not in use.

This is the pulley that the drive belt runs along. This pulley is for the non-motor side of the machine.

10 ml Tapered Syringe

This 10ml tapered syringe is best used to connect to dampers and soft tubing to draw ink through the ink delivery system. With the tapered tip, it can fit into any size damper or tubing and will always have an airtight seal.

2mm Ink Line by the Foot

This is the hard-solvent resistant ink line that runs from the ink cartridges to the dampers. Call us if you need help determining if your machine uses this ink line.

60 ml. Syringe

This 60ml. syringe is best used to connect to the soft tubing used in maintenance stations. The larger capacity of the syringe is great for manually filling a machine with ink and testing maintenance station issues.

Forceps

Forceps are great tools for grabbing hard to reach parts, plugging in hard to reach cables and crimping waste tubes shut.
